Reception

In Reception, we have settled into our new school day and are learning our new daily routines. Each morning we find our own names and register ourselves to see who is here. We have fruit at break time and have our lunch in the hall with key stage 1 children. This term we are learning all about ourselves. We have been using mirrors to paint and chalk our faces and have brought our baby photographs in to class to talk about how we have changed. This week we brought our scooters and bikes in and had a ‘bike to school’ day. It was great! We are planning to make vegetable soup soon, it will be so tasty. We are all looking forward to listening to more stories and songs and lots more fun learning!
